Living in Breckenridge Greens, Edmonton
1990s Homes Beside Whitemud Drive
Breckenridge Greens is a small community in west Edmonton's Lewis Farms area. It's bounded by Whitemud Drive to the south, Winterburn Road (215 Street) to the west, Suder Greens Drive to the north and Lewis Estates Boulevard to the east.
Most homes were built in the 1990s, so it's more settled than the newer Lewis Farms communities around it.

Is Breckenridge Greens a Good Fit for You?
Breckenridge Greens tends to work well if you want:
- A detached home or condo in a small, settled community
- Quick Whitemud and Henday access
- West Edmonton Mall close by
- A major recreation centre being built nearby
It may not be the right fit if you want a brand-new home or river valley views.
What I'd Watch Out For
- Age of major systems. Most homes date from the 1990s. Ask about the age of the roof, furnace, hot water tank and windows.
- Whitemud and Winterburn noise. Homes on the south and west edges can hear steady traffic.
- Condo documents. For condos, review the reserve fund study, fees and any special assessments.
- Few listings. It's a small community, so set up alerts early.
